Active User Growth: Digital products are seeing a 3% month-over-month increase in active users. While this average growth rate may appear modest, it should be evaluated in the context of market saturation and target audience behaviour.
Top Performers: The top 10% of large companies are experiencing a 68% month-over-month increase in active users, which is 23 times faster than the average.
Industry Trends: The fastest-growing industries are Manufacturing and Consumer Goods, regardless of region or size. In contrast, Media (-4%) and Government (-5%) are experiencing the most significant active user decline.
Feature adoption: For all companies of all sizes in all regions, the best-in-class products have a feature adoption rate of 15.6%, with the lowest having a feature adoption rate of 3.6%.
Time on App: Users spend 2.2 times more time on web applications over mobile ones. On average, they spend 12.8 minutes on web-based products and 5.7 minutes on mobile products.
