<h2>Creating Effective MVPs with Melissa Perri</h2>

In this workshop you will learn the ins and outs of creating MVPs as product experiments and how to introduce this concept into your companies successfully.</p>

You&#8217;ll walk away knowing how to implement them in your organization. In this workshop, small groups will work their way through each phase of a design sprint. Along the way, we&#8217;ll discuss tips and gotchas for how to execute design sprints in your organization and hear stories of how other organizations have implemented them.</p>

<h2>Map the Challenge: How to Explore the Problem Space with Teresa Torres</h2>

You&#8217;ll start by mapping out your own experience with the challenge. Then you&#8217;ll explore different perspectives, hearing from your neighbors in the room. You&#8217;ll experience first hand how exploring different perspectives expands the problem space, helping you to better understand the challenge. You&#8217;ll get a crash-course in field observations and customer interviews and then you&#8217;ll be set off to do some research. Your classmates will stand-in as customers so that you can get some rapid experience with interviewing and we&#8217;ll use the surrounding environment to practice our field observation skills. Next you&#8217;ll synthesize what you learned into a fresh perspective, followed by a round of testing to make sure it reflects reality. And finally, you&#8217;ll learn how to visually communicate your perspective in a way that inspires action.</p>
