Ankur Goel

Ankur is an experienced growth executive and has helped scale multiple product led/SaaS companies in his 10+ years working as an operator and an advisor. He built and led the GTM/ Product Strategy and Business Operations team at Confluent and helped scale the company >6x in revenue by leading multiple product and strategic initiatives. His work included incubating the self-serve business and leading Confluent's transformation from on-prem to cloud business model. Prior to Confluent, he spent 2.5 years at LinkedIn where he worked closely with the Chief Product Officer in rolling out uniform customer experience across various suites of products. In addition, he also spent 6 years advising clients on various strategic and operational questions at McKinsey & Co. Ankur is a IIT and Stanford alum and enjoys reading about new technological and cultural trends that impact society.
