4:50 pm - 5:15 pm

Even in those household names, there are tech organisations that spend more time automating finance processes than creating the coolest new feature for the customers.
So what does that mean for product people building internal products? Is our job easier than the consumer-facing teams? Is it less interesting? Not at all! In fact, the problems to solve and challenges you face are often meatier and more difficult when building the products that enable other parts of the organisation. In this talk, we’ll aim to understand:
- What it means to build an internal or enabling product in a non-tech organisation.
- The nuances and differences of the product practice in these products.
- How to tackle the biggest challenges in these organisation and build a product you can be proud of.
